2 Years of Service
Hello!
I've been working on a game for a while now, and decided to post a little overview and teaser here, maybe get a little feedback from the community.
The story
The protagonist's sweet dream about her crush turns into a horrid nightmare. He wakes up covered in sweat with an uneasy feeling weighing on him. As he gets ready for school, he notices that he doesn't have a reflection in the mirror. Furthermore, his sister, who just barged into his room, can't see him either. Unable to comprehend the situation, he checks the mirror again and his reflection has returned. Was he still dreaming? Yet the uneasiness won't go away. The fact that his crush seems to be late for the first class doesn't help either. When she finally arrived just before the bell, her usual warm smile, which would otherwise fill the room with color, lacked intensity. What happened to her? What if the dream he had that morning was a sign of things to come? He needs to find out more. But he can't just ask her directly; they've never spoken before. Come to think of it, he's never spoken with any of his classmates. What about his hallucination this morning? There are so many questions to answer, but the most important thing is to bring the warmth back to his loved one's smile.

This ended up being longer than I expected. If you read it, thank you! I'd be happy to hear any suggestions or comments you may have. I hope you'll enjoy this game one day as much as I enjoy creating it.

- Nonlinear Storytelling - Timing your actions is key to success. Most of the events depend on other events, character relationships or even how you approach a situation.
- Time is of the essence
- The events of the story span 34 days. You must use your limited time to uncover the mystery and prevent a disaster.
- Every action you take takes time. Whether it's sending a message or just changing locations. Use the available time wisely!
- Meaningful chocies - Every choice you make is meaningful and alters the storyline. Some choices alter the storyline a little, while others alter it more drastically.
- Abundancy of characters
- 26 unique characters, each with their own storyline
- 17 female characters, sexual content with each of them
- 4 love interest to choose from
- Build connections
- Everyone has a secret to hide. Getting close to the characters will help you uncover more information about the events. Be careful though, some people are not being honest!
- Gaining allies will help you in the endgame but could hinder you if you don't choose them wisely.
- More endings you'll need- 25 different endings, around 18 of which are completely unique. The rest are slight variations.
- 2 true good endings
- 6 bittersweet endings
- 17 bad endings from which 6 are premature (they end the story before the 34th day)
- Integarted walk-through mod
- To help you keep track of the different endings and the choices that need to be made, an endings screen has been implemented.
- By default, the required decisions for each ending are masked.
- As you progress through the story and make decisions, they will be unmasked.
- Decisions from your current playthrough are highlighted, while decisions from previous playthroughs are displayed unmasked.
- Endings that have already been reached will be marked so.
- A new approach to free-roaming
- You don't need to click around a map to find the events you are looking for. Instead, a straightforward screen is presented to you each time multiple or optional events are available. It provides every detail you need to plan your moves.
- Don't have anything to do? There's no need to visit your room to sleep or skip time. Events will play out automatically, and time will skip ahead as long as you don't have overlapping events. This way, you can better immerse yourself in the story.
- No repetition, no grinding!
- Complete message system
- Branching storyline for messages, which alter the storyline.
- You can schedule meetings, dates, and complete quests through your phone.
- Quallity renders - every image and animation is rendered in 4K with great attention to detail. (Resized and compressed versions will also be available)
- Currently working on the prologue, which will be released as a demo
- 266 renders done, another ~200 in the queue
- Completed writing for the prologue
- I want to finish programming all the major game mechanics before releasing the demo so that I can focus on the updates later, even though most of them will be used only later.
- Some of the storylines are not fully completed. I also want to finish those before the demo.
- I'm working on this project in my free time. Except for having a dedicated writer for the dialogue, I'm doing everything else alone. Therefore, I won't make any predictions.
- Because of the nonlinear setting, it is difficult to divide the story efficiently. The following split-up has been considered:
- Demo - Days 1-3
- Part 1 - Days 4-14
- Part 2 - Days 15-21
- Part 3 - Days 22-26
- Part 4 - Days 27-34
- NO NTR (except one avoidable netorase route)
- NO harem, lover routes are (mainly) exclusive
