Innovative ideas for a new game or visual novel (milf/shota/3dcg)

You have to treat it as if it happened in real life (in terms of human relationships) leaving only small things in fiction.
It is by far my favorite genre, favorite fetish and favorite sexual fantasy. milf and shota (I always prefer the shota with an abnormally large member for his age, I guess it turns me on so much because in reality that is impossible).

My advice? Pick one idea, and run with it as a short story AVN.

Pick one side and roll to it. Trying to do both is a lot of time and dedication.

There is a lot of wisdom in what they both are saying. HOWEVER... I'm a huge fan of the person who suggested the mom corrupts the son, then the son corrupts the sister/aunt.

Story ideas:

• The mom can have flashback scenes to when her sister and her used to "play", make it whatever age you want, loli, pre-teen, teen, etc or all of them) Maybe the aunt was the one who was the initiator (if the aunt is the corrupter) or maybe it was the mom (if she is the corrupter)
• Older sister (high school/uni) returns & has to take care of brother who injured himself (broke his arm?)... can't bathe himself or pee without it going everywhere. Begrudgingly does it, but then starts to enjoy it. Starts teaching him more.
• The older sister (or Aunt) could be the one who teaches him on how to get their mom and open her up for having a threesome.
