Inkscape - how to make a small SVG that occupies the whole screen?

This question is mainly directed towards @LordVoldy (because he says he's using InkScape a lot) but anyone else who knows may answer too.

Take a look at this image: its size reads to be 73x22 pixels and yet when you open it in nomacs or almost any other program for viewing images, it's occupying almost the whole screen.

So, my question is - how do you make such a small SVG image that it would occupy the most of the screen when you open it with programs like nomacs?


I tried following some instructions I found on the internet using this image:

but the result looked like I have resized the image by simply entering larger numbers in Pinta or KolourPaint, meaning that it became like this:
 
I can't view the images due to some kind of error. Might be due to the security settings of my LibreWolf web browser. Instead, I see this:
"Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Please try again later."
I don't use an app image for Inkscape. I install the package through Flathub. It may be your desktop environment that's affecting it. I'm using Linux Mint Cinnamon edition with the Cinnamon desktop enviornment which is a fork of GNOME 3.

My systems default image viewer is XViewer
