How Are Blue Balling Games So Popular?

I mean games like A Wife and Mother and such. How are "adult" games that have no or virtually no sex scenes at all after years popular? For me, handjob and blowjob doesn't even count - I rapidly click past such. This of course raises another question - why are so many AVN devs so obsessed with handjobs? For me, these games are more boring than watching paint dry or grass grow, especially when there's a lot of yakking - or worse, internal dialogues. AWAM is about the worst (game ever made, including 1982 Atari ET) - lots of yakking, endless internal dialogue and waste of renders - does there REALLY need to be 3 renders every time she walks through a fucking door? Then there's the annoying sounds...
These games need more "adult" and less "novel."

I mean not a fuckfest but hell, at the least some teasing, nude pictures.
Ideal would be, min 1 sex scene per update imo. Let it be with a sidechick for all I care.

Because for some people it's more important to have a good story, interesting characters, relationship development, and sex is secondary.
In my favorite game, for example, sex came only on the fifth hour of gameplay, but it did not affect my involvement in the story.

honestly when im playing these im horny and not just playing to play a game. Wish there were more animations overall slipped into these stories cuz half the time I wanna skip thru. I listen in on some stories to give me good context on the characters but sometimes I really dont care and the dialogue goes for years
