Sorry but no older version mods usually need to be updated or it will cause errors, or make you miss the new content. Your saves should be fine.

Just tried Hot Sands of Antarctica V0.09 uploaded today, and tried with the mod, and it has a lot of missing images compared to the original V0.09 install. The ipatch on the HSoA download page for v0.08 has the images and seems to be more complete up to V0.08 but I can't really compare. Definitely more images with the ipatch only. Thanks for your work.
