It's crazy how this was one of the first adult renpy games that blew up and it's still going. You can still see the older design doctrine in the gameplay compared to current renpy games.

I know the post is 2 years old, but I was about to comment on the exact same thing. The boob and body type actually do have a game effect. It is one of the worst design decisions I have seen in a sandbox game. The game is already extremely grindy to get to a some mediocre content.
What the body proportion preferences seem to do is give each girl an "attractiveness" score from 1 to 10. You can see it in their profile.
If they are a 10 based on your preferences, you get the normal level of grind. Anything less than 10 and the grind just gets worse. So at a 5, you have to do twice as many pointless interactions to get anywhere with the girl.

The game is seriously about some douche sent to an island filled with prostitutes and strippers that were sent there to pretend to be his girlfriends. Then as soon as he tries to get anything more than a hug or kiss from one of them (which you will be grinding a lot), they all turn out to be Gretta Thunberg. "HOW DARE YOU!!!" Then our retarded protagonist ends up going back to his room to jerk off. It's the only action he is going to get in most cases. I am describing actual game play here. The dude is required to jerk off as many times a day as possible and all the hookers on the island just seem to be there to get him horny.
