As someone who needs it on occasion, it defo should be implemented more. Had way too many close calls lolI don't play games near people who might judge me for what's on my screen, so I have no need for a panic button. Perks of having a house to myself.
Of course that doesn't mean that devs shouldn't implement one for people who need it.
what happens with saves? do you just save rlly often?alt + f4 works fine for me
its a panic button i dont care about the save game progress is recoverable my dignity nowhat happens with saves? do you just save rlly often?
cant argue with that logic, altho i think a panic button would save some hassle depending on ur last save, i just think in general its a good idea. i have no clue about coding and making games so idk how difficult it would beits a panic button i dont care about the save game progress is recoverable my dignity no
for some of the games it can be a button but for others it can be a key on your keyboard and if that's sounds to hard just think of it as a different pre-nut mini-game like the one everyone has played at least once and that is "shit I forgot to grab a tissue"I like the idea but I panic to hard and will miss the panic button.
do people actually use socks? its always been a cliche but it just seems weird to mesorry that might have been too highbrow there, what I meant was "shit where's that sock"
If it's full screen, you can't see the taskbar, either.I've never seen a game with a 'panic button' that was actually more convenient than Alt+Tab or Shift+Tab. Or the little 'Show Desktop' button on the corner of the taskbar.
