It's nothing like that; you just need something called a "Members+" to access that content. It's like a security measure. To get it, you have to purchase it either with real money through donations to the page or with Activity Coins, earned by making comments and receiving reactions. Just don't spam, or you'll be punished. It's easy to get, and if you use the bank for the interest, it's easier; just be patient.
