Which graphics card is better for heavy gaming

I don't personally have any of this card, but from what I have read, the 4090 is much better for high-end gaming (4k/2k), but it comes with a hefty price tag (almost 1k more than a 7900xtx)

I heard those Japanese RPGM games look best with RTX raytracing

If we have unlimited money, then 4090 is unequivocal.

these days its all about preference

if you really are into raytracing Nvidia is the go to
if it dousn't matter to you on that part, AMD is just as good
on the driver part, they both have there ups and downs (i use 2 PC's for my work/testing, 1 using a AMD and 1 using a Nvidia card, and both cards have problems with drivers from time to time , with no clear winner on which fucks up better :ROFLMAO:

so like said in the beginning its what you prefer and how much you want to spend, regarding how they perform beside raytracing they are about equal

to be onest even a 6650/4060 can handle 1440p easely
and on those 2 both can handle 4K, but with those 2 its really more about do you want to usee raytracing or not

imo its not that worth it bec 1 , most games don't support it
and 2 raytracing has bin a reason for getting a ban on a rather large list of online games (happend to me also once on my Nvidia PC )

thats why i say its more a preference thing these days

It also depends on what you like. I've been getting Geforce for many years, but that's also a matter of taste. Both are certainly good for gaming.

Kinda pointless poll, because 4090 is objectively better. You can argue about pricing and is it worth it that's about it.

I had two AMD gpu's and I did run 480 almost a decade and got bit annoyed by AMD drivers and updated to RTX 4060, which has been nice. For RT it's way too powerless, but you can try it out. DLSS 3.5 and reflex is nice to have.

4090 is objectively better but the 7900xtx (guessing you meant xtx) is a better value
also with the 4090 you can try making your game in daz if you want

imo, unless you really see problems with it, a GPU can easely go on for 3 to 4 years before replacing

The 3070 runs everything well so far. Just hoping the new AAA games don't suddenly decide to optimize only for the 40 series

I'll be honest, I don't see the point of either of them. My 3050 runs everything I throw at it on ultra settings at 1080p, and I've never been able to see a difference between 1080 and 2k or 4k. And I didn't have to remortgage the house to buy the damn thing. :ROFLMAO:

i would check what AMD is running if it gives problems, they work on optimisation that also works on Nvidia cards and can easely give a few nice FPS graphics etc

Personally think Nvidia is better than AMD for GPUs, just on a driver level

between 2kand 4k i can agree
but the difference between 1080p and 1440p is like night and day
but i also say, aslong as you are happy with your GPU, and it runs what you want it to run , stick with it

if you planning to do literally anything aside from gaming - nvidia, otherwise doesn't matter really
still sitting on my 1070, not great, but works
