The redhead twins have always been like this. They acted a bit more childish, but they're waitresses at a bar. In most of the US, that requires them to be 21, family or not, so that age never changed.

Also, what younger cousin? Ellie/Ella didn't have a younger cousin that I know of. If you meant "the" instead of "their", and you were talking about the MC's cousin Cat, she's been in threesome+ scenes several times in the previous update, and is confirmed pregnant, so that's not really her 'appearing less' in any meaningful way.

In reality, the twins confuse it with another game. Now that you think about it, there have been a lot of games with redheaded twins lately, and the girl isn't a cousin, she's a neighbor.

She's not related to the twins at all, and isn't a neighbor. She's the MC's cousin's best friend, and (secretly) the MC's half-sister. She's also older than the cousin. She is specifically the one I've called out before as acting childish despite her age, which is explicitly mentioned in the game as a habit she has.

There is sex with at least three grandmas in the game (Ophelia, Minnie, and Mabel; plus non-PIV sexual interaction with at least one great-grandma but it's a spoiler so I won't go into more detail), just not the MC's grandma. Yet. The most recent update involved a LOT of important family revelations, though, so I really do expect it to either happen or get much much closer within the next few updates.

I have to say, the renders with Ella/Ellie with heavy make up on are kinda unsettling.
I feel like this whole arc with them could have been approached differently and feel much more intimate, but hey, I'm still here playing the game so I won't complain too much !
I also feel like the last scene with "fake grandma" might be a taste of what's to come for someone not so fake from the dev
