Especially with big dicks (not those those huge massive cocks many futas have) a lack of balls can look strange, because you kinda expect something to be there or the dick itself is drawn/rendered in a way that only looks good with balls.

It's quite simple no one can come to a complete understanding on what defines a Futa. As the term means something different by country.
