Original "Star Wars"! It was first released at the drive-in where I was, just awesome!

"Grey Lady Down" played the same night right after SW! Awesome as well!!!

Jungle Book. Not the Disney version. I remember it being much darker. Like Mowgli discovers fire and gets angry at the animals.

There was a drive-in that showed these cheesy B grade movie; I do not recall them. What I do recall is they started to show XXX movies and my dad took us. It was not illegal at to time but a few months in the laws came into play and the Proprietor said, "you can't bring those kids in here."

Hmmm. I think I have only ever been to one back when I was young earthling, but I don’t remember the movie. I went with my family, it was not too bad of an experience, I guess it was just like watching a movie at a festival. I’m in my 20s, so I’m sure it was either just a fun thing they were doing or maybe it was just when drive in movie theaters were dying out.

Double Feature. Superman and The Empire Strikes Back.

The snow speeders and AT-ATs are one of my earliest memories. I was about 3-4 yrs old.

first time I got laid at the drive-in was during Die Hard 3. in the back of my girl's SUV. ahh, high school

Now, they have all closed

The first one I can remember is The Fugitive with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones.

I think it might have been The Jungle Book but was too young to remember Would have been 1976 or 1977. Interestingly, the drive in it was at was later (1980s) a PORN drive in theater until in the mid 90s they made a try at a regular one again (at the time I didn't know - seeing the names of regular movies I assumed they were the porn version.) Closed by the late 90s.

Drive-ins are absent in our country for understandable objective reasons (half of the year is winter).

There have been some coming back in the US, but not in my area. It's kind of an outdated format. Hell, movies in the theater are pretty much an outdated format these days.

There wasn't one close to where I lived so I only went once while visiting family.
It was a double feature of Problem Child and Back to the Future 3.

I don't think I was in a drive in after the 1970s, when I was little.
