You guys have any favorite adult mods you use in your normal games. Skyrim, Fallout, Minecraft, any game really. I think Xtradew Valley for Stardew Valley looks pretty good.

I don't really have any that I can use right now since it messes with my multiplayer games, but Baldurs Gate 3 has quite a few mods to make the females more attractive/change body type or faces/include sexy clothes. I plan to get those reinstalled as soon as I can do it without messing up my ongoing game.

Full on story. 2 different stories actually, although I'm sure they meet up eventually.
1) You're the vault dweller from the intro, a mother looking for her son, but wind up joining a porn studio to survive.
2) You're a younger female character, without a child. You're approached by the same porn-bot messenger as story 1, but it is destroyed by a friendly farmer who takes you in. You then decide that a career in porn > farming, and try to join, but have to grow in sexual knowledge and corruption before they will accept you.
(Story 2 is newer content, so I haven't played it all yet.)

That sounds cool. I was going to ask where to find it, but see it on Lovers Lab. The new series has me back in a Fallout 4 mood, but I know I'd tire quickly of the same old same old.
If you guys like the Sims, there's a mod called Wicked Whims that is excellent. Plus there's plenty of plugins for that mod too with animations, pictures, gameplay changes. Definitely worth checking out
Kinky World is also good for Sims 3.

There's Belthan's Quo Vagis and Coito Ergo Sum for Fallout 3 and New Vegas, respectively. In these mods you help bring a worn-down brothel back to its former glory, by buying improvements, recruiting employees, and publishing magazines. There's also Sexout and a bunch of related mods for it (allows you to have sex with NPCs.)
I tried to do adult mods on the Sims 2, but the load times were just painful.
Simple texture mods are my favorite... skin replacers for Dragon's Dogma, Billboard / Poster replacers for fallout. A lot of these games, too many sex mechanics get in the way and are poorly implemented. If they could weave it into the general gameplay, I'd enjoy it more. One Skyrim mod did that, where a brief sex scene could be a reward, but I haven't seen anything similar.

Crusader Kings 3 has some good ones, though I usually stick to just removing the fig leaf for day-to-day stuff. Rimworld has some fun ones, too.
I usually end up playing without actual mechanic sex mods, though, on most playthroughs. They tend to end up unbalancing the rest of the game content, and I prefer it in a nice symbiosis rather than the lewd stuff completely overpowering the regular stuff. Or worse, detracting from it (one of the Rimworld mods comes to mind; they made it so if you give a character huge boobs it will substantially decrease their mobility, which makes it so if they get pretty much any disease or injury they'll pass out right away on top of just being outright slower).
