Locked stuff is in Games+ (used to be called Sinner), to get that you need Member+ that in the shop.

Make sure you click "Shop" and not the down button, there are 2 separate button and people get confused.
In the shop in the bottom there a thing called "Member+" that cost 500 coin.

then "purchase
