True, but with a change of texture and a different head, a more realistic model can be created. I'm actually trying it out for a possible project, and the results are promising.

The face is a little too baby and the body a little to vavavoom for me, but otherwise it doesn't look bad at all.

That's what morphs are for. Me I would leave the head as is and use morphs to adjust body size.
