Does anyone else have a warning that they did not know they had?

I was looking at my profile and I found a warning I did not know I had. It is not active, yet I did not even know I had one. My warning was over my avatar, it was that old internet email joke with a picture of a little girl holding her panties out and a little boy looking at it and she says "with this I am going to control your life". That one has always made me laugh.
