Overview:
Dissonance is an on-going visual novel where you follow Toru Hirai as he attempts to readjust to his life after a coma. Throughout the story, you'll find yourself interacting with and deepening your connections with several characters as you explore Ametohi. And there's no need to be picky about where you go and when, after all, you'll have plenty of time!

This is another game that I really hope keeps going. I am really attached to the characters, and the couch scenes with your cousin give me the warm fuzzies.

I thought not having a lot of H-scenes would bother me but the story so far has made up for it, at least for me.

It's definitely a slow burn kind of game, but I'm not complaining. It feels like realistic conversations with the information dumps or all of the action coming out of nowhere. I like that it keeps me in suspense without dragging things to the point that I get completely frustrated.

Slow burn, but not bad. Strange, but not entirely fucked up. Honestly, this is like a smaller, less weird Lessons in Love - and that's not a bad thing at all.

Yeah no, slow burn doesn't describe the complete lack of progress this overly verbose, badly paced VN has. I saw continents drift at a faster pace. And of course, no hack writer can do a HS/college setting without a really out of place supernatural idiocy.
