How difficult is it to dencensore a game?

There's quite a few out there that look like fun but as soon as I see the censored tag I'm like awwww really

Anyone know anything about this?

That depends very much on the game. If it was done programmatically, you have a chance. If the image itself is censored, you will have to redraw the relevant parts.

Because they are possibly directed at the Japanese market and there you need to censor it.

What tools are good for AI image creation?

Best way is to do it locally on your pc especially if it has "contents of a fun age". It requires at least 16gb Ram and a decent GPU like 1660 or better.
