Overview:
Christmas Eve is the story of a single father (MC) and his stepdaughter, Evelynne who are on a road trip just before Christmas. They end up making an unscheduled stop during a snowstorm and stay in a cabin for a few days. Romance blooms as the dad not only struggles with the changes in the relationship between him and his stepdaughter, but also finally starts to come to terms with his late wife's passing.​

Hi Again!
I finally got it done! Chapter 3 is here. I really tried to get it done by Christmas Eve, but I didn't make it. I could've released what I had, but I'm glad I didn't What you're getting is a much more complete, polished version.

I can't wait to get started on Chapter 4. It will probably be out around Valentines Day. I have a lot of story left to tell and I really want to learn animations so I can incorporate them into not only chapter 4, but go back and put them where they belong in chapters 1-3.

Until then, enjoy chapters 1-3 and please, please, PLEASE!!! leave me feedback. I want to know what you like and don't like. What you'd like to see more of or less of. I can't guarantee I'll meet every demand, but I'd like to know where I stand with y'all.

The story itself places a time limit on how long it will last ( unless they decide to go the Gilligan's Island route ) so things seem a bit rushed. I liked everything about the game but I would have preferred a slower burn.

Dev mentioned that the game would be a short one, only 1 update left I think he said before he'd move onto a sequel. If you want a similar story, but slower burn, check out

Dowloaded from Itchio and the patch from Mixdrop. 0.4 is NOT compatible with saves from 0.3.1, I had to start a new play thru.

If you use patches/mods you usually have to wait till whoever made those to update them otherwise you'll get errors. It's one of the reasons why I don't use mods because if the person ever stops making the mod then you have to restart. For patches it depends on what they do some don't have to be updated with each update while others have to be because they change the script or something.
