Spoiler: Installation

1. Extract archive
2. Copy content of the archive (the "mods" directory) into game directory

Since the mod has a lot of files and subfolders, it is suggested to copy the mods folder and not just the content of the RiamMar...-folder so easy deinstallation of old mod versions is ensured in case the ModCore updates.



Uninstallation

1. Delete mod folder "mods/RiamMar" and readme-file
2. [Optional] delete persitent.save in game/save and %AppData%RenPy/BadHero...

Spoiler: Getting an error after updating the mod?

Check the content of the BadHero EpX/game/mods folder. If there are two directories starting with my name (RiamMar), delete the folder with the lower version number or, if you have the initial release installed, the folder without version number.
Make sure the archive itself is not in the game folder!

Spoiler: UnRen dev tool problem / Quick fix

If you are running the game with option 3 of UnRen (console and developer tool enabled), it will most likely throw an error.
If you are just interested in the console, please use _console.rpy instead of the unren-dev.rpy (delete this file) created by UnRen. I have the file provided in my MEGA folder ()

Spoiler: Xmas 2022 mod not needed

Xmas 2022 is pre-patched and has an auto-play feature that basically turns it into a KNM.
Therefore I won't mod a walkthrough into it — at least not right away because of sickness.

Spoiler: Error Msg after using unren

You might get an error like:
Exception: Properties are not allowed here.
Remove the config.developer line from the "cheat" file unren created.

Spoiler: Important Message from Modder

As some of you might know, I became a game dev myself recently and won't have much time for modding, especially going into 2025.

If any modder wants to take over this mod or any of my mods I'll set "on hold" in the comming days, please feel free to do so. And let me know if you want to keep using my mod core for your mod, I'm happy to give you a quick guide on how to use and/or add the WT to the choices.

The mod is set "On Hold" for reasons I have written a short note about it it in Important Message from Modder spoiler
TLDR for other Modders: Please feel free to take over any mod I offered and have set "On Hold".
I made a compatibility update, that re-adds the "ON/OFF" for some choices,
removing the need to update the mod for all the choices of the last and probably future updates.
Any future "Part 3" will not be covered.
