it seems to be a new feature I'm seeing, both in its own area, and I stumbled upon it Myspace style on someone's profile. I'm just sort of curious what the deal/rules are with it? Just how it works in general really, as it seems neat, but I currently don't have permissions for it, and if I ever do unlock them, presumably through a higher rank, I'd like to know what guidelines are in place for it, if anyone knows.
