Oh yah, I played it quite a bit. Particularly the /hgg/ edition with certain mods.. like the lollipop.
Trials in Tainted Space is the obvious one.
Fall of Eden got abandoned I think.
Adam and Gaia was interesting.
There quite a few HTML porn games with RPG aspects... but I feel the question about what you liked about COC needs to be refined to offer more insight into what you are looking for. There's nothing exactly like it except TiTS, the sci-fi flavored CoC.

Love and Corruption is a bit like a CoC with all the gay/futa stuff stripped out. If you're the kind of person who played CoC trying to tiptoe around that content, you might like it. It retains a lot of pregnancy content, and has more art than CoC.
