So is the girls name Olena or Olivia? Her name is shown as Olena but there are tons of spots where people are calling her Olivia instead of Olena. I ended up doing a mass edit to the script file to change Olivia to Olena.

It's a Patreon cash grab/ass kissing, so that probably isn't going to happen. Unless some 3rd party redoes all the dialog (very few worth that treatment, and only when finished unless they also like doing that every update).

Edit: Well that didn't take too long. Patreon booted it. I've said it 100 times before but if you are going to do fake stepcest on Patreon might as well go full-on incest, since it makes no difference to them. It also helps to have multiple backup platforms like SS and BB, all on Patreon only = you must love risk.
