ntr is by far the main fetish
monsterfucking is the second
the combat and actual game elements are quite generic
the cgs are fairly well done the girls are pretty at least
the writing eh, exists, i don't think it is made particularly worse by the translation
overall if you're really into ntr you might enjoy the story if not just cheat for the cgs
