AI Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 15, 2025LewdCorner allows the sharing of AI-generated content under strict guidelines to ensure a safe and clearly defined environment. These terms apply specifically to content created using artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural networks.
1. General Policy
- AI-generated content must be fully fictional and may not depict or impersonate real individuals.
- Content created using AI tools trained on real human photos or likenesses is not permitted.
- Users are encouraged to label or tag AI content when relevant for clarity.
2. Prohibited AI-Generated Material
- Deepfakes or media designed to impersonate real individuals.
- AI-generated content that could reasonably be interpreted as resembling a real person without consent.
- AI-altered content derived from real photographs or image sets.
3. User Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content follows these guidelines.
- Uploading AI-generated material implies that it is fictional and not meant to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or permanent account actions.
Addendum: The creator and operator of LewdCorner, known as Heisenberg, does not produce, upload, edit, or endorse any user-submitted content. LewdCorner functions solely as a neutral platform, and all materials are submitted at the discretion of individual users. The platform adheres to the principle of limited liability for user-generated content and will act only upon valid reports or removal requests. Heisenberg assumes no responsibility for content posted by members and is not liable for any perceived harm, offense, or legal claims arising from user submissions.
4. Hosting & Platform Role
LewdCorner operates as a user-driven platform. All content is submitted by members of the community. The site owner does not produce or curate posts and only enforces rule violations based on reports or moderation tools. LewdCorner does not host illegal content and complies with takedown procedures.5. Photorealistic AI Content Notice
Prestige 5 and Ghost members who wish to share photorealistic AI-generated content may do so at the designated external domain.(If you qualify for access and cannot locate the domain, contact a staff member.)
6. Reporting Violations
Use the Report button on any post to flag AI-generated content that may violate these terms. Staff will review flagged submissions promptly and take appropriate action.7. Agreement
