After negative balance I cant be credited more LC

I had a negative balance, I placed a ticket, the support team quickly credited me the LC to reach 0 and since then no matter what I do I cant get any new LC.
Anyone else with this issues ?
I placed a ticket but so far the issues persist

It works I just like your post and It increased, I removed daily login tho so no more of that
