Accidentally rating when opening a thread

Does this just happen to me? Often when I open a topic (on mobile), I apparently accidentally click on the rating stars, and a 'rate the discussion' box opens. It's really annoying, and it's already happened more than once that I submitted a review instead of a reply.

It hasn't happened to me here but it has been quite common in other places on mobile
