I just asked this question in one game discussion thread, but I posted here again hoping there are more people read it and give some precious recommandations. Thanks~~

About this game, https://lewdcorner.com/threads/tropicali-v0-5e-story-anon.4557/

"Does anyone know how to describe this maid's personality in English? She feels very cool and dashing, a bit aloof but also very gentle towards the MC. Is there any game with a character similar in personality?" By the way, this type of character usually doesn't smile often, and may even have a lack of expression and emotion. But when they do smile, it's truly beautiful, melting the iceberg within and making one feel warmed. In japanese, it often be called "三無" I guessed. The Ayanami Rei in Neon Genesis Evangelion was the typical character.

It's Kuudere, follow this link for some descriptions, you may find the adjectives you are looking for. ;)
Kuudere.

Thanks a lot~~ but the problem was that I can't find games with this "kuudere" keyword. I am just concerned about this. Even the author didn't descripted his/her character as kuudere. (the maid)

Apart from games from Japan, you find only a few games that actually give a personality description of their characters. In the west it's just "the landlady", "the room mate", "the bully" and so forth.
Because of that your search results will always be limited.
