I don't know what country you are from, but if you are from Belarus or Russia, the easiest option is to get a Kazakhstan bank card, and then act strictly through VPN. Unfortunately, pay pal does not work with the Chinese payment system UNION PAY, then everything would be easier.

They do have crypto options. Is it that difficult to get crypto in your country?

Trip to Kazakhstan is not cheap. I heard Russians still can get Belarus Mastercard that WORKS with PayPal. Trip is fast from western part Russia and opening a card cost around 100$.

I live in Belarus. There is the same situation as in Russia.
