    Personaly the OG Personal Assistant was a whole different game and I liked that more. But hey Blackheart games a big consistent in quality and get updated so nothing to complain about.

    I did play the first one, so I Downloaded the game. In short I did not enjoy it. To much medical terms(And less help access to the correct procedure compared to the first game). It is possible to fuck some patients just takes forever and consists off short unanimated scenes with non fitting text.
