Well, mostly. It isn't gonna be 100% perfect, but using things like controlnet you can definitely keep it consistent enough that most people wouldn't really notice the difference. Inpainting also helps a lot and can fix most minor issues.

I'm a bit late, but look into ControlNet as well. It allows you to have a finer control over poses and other things.

Those are often for games that use a "dynamic censor", meaning that they apply a filter/shader/effect over the genitals to censor it, and that can just be disabled.
