Yes, this game was made into a hentai (a really good one IMO) . The nun scene is in the hentai but the hentai mostly is just the main story the VN has a lot more scenes .- ilovetraps

Do ratings affect whether you download a game?
Ratings somewhat deter me from DLing a game especially sandbox one because some tend to be hella fucking grindy but tags and reviews also help me determine if its worth a shot. I dont ask for mush A decent story passible art and ill try tbh- ilovetraps
