Only reason I'd almost instantly hate on a rpgm game is if they have a large playable map, and almost nothing in it is interactable. I've tried plenty games where they didn't even bother making the signposts readable. Extra minus if there's no viewable map or fast travel when the map is too...
Jikage rising is probably the currently best naruto game I know of, imo. Then you also have what's mentioned in this thread + You must be registered for see element., Naruto: kunoichi trainer and Sarada training: the last war.
Incest in games have become extremely widespread so there's plenty of options and if you're looking for recommendations, you basically have to give a few more tags.
Personally I remember really liking The Visit, Snow Daze and Man of the House as a few examples.
Not a huge fan of waiting for updates all the time so I generally try to go for the completed games. That saying I will occasionally try a game after a few updates if the reviews seem solid. Maybe 0.4 earliest or so?
