Just to let you know. You shouldn't use TrueCrypt! It was discontinued 2014 and contain unfixed security issues. Use VeraCrypt instead which is a fork and actively maintained. /Abacus_Games- Abacus_Games

Haha... you're right. I guess that is both the beauty and the problem of being too close to the story - already 'knowing' everything. I could easily have done that... if I had thought of it. Although it is absolutely possible to edit the code, most variables/stats/traits are class objects or lists/dictionaries so can be confusing to change for someone not used to that. You could for example use VeraCrypt (free open source and really good) to set up a virtual encrypted disk that you could mount with a password every time you need it (the folder/folders will look as an additional hard disk in explorer). Yes, but it is slightly more/different than that. For example "Naive" is just a trait and as you say yourself that wouldn't really be interesting to play if it was a "path" so it's there to give the player more options to flavor the dialogue and scenes with personality.
