I've noticed this a few times, but this is the first I've been able to validate that it disappeared. The game You must be registered for see element. disappeared from the latest updates page. From the screenshots you can see the LU page (with no filters) showing games back to "1d ago" (Feb 2)...- mercury.games

DLSITE starts in-house payment processor to get rid of VISA/MC (Payment processors) censorship.
Tell that to the "IV? AV!" guy who wasn't allowed to update the game on DLSite because it was too easy to decensor. Japan is weird and seemingly random about what is/isn't allowed and how the rules are enforced. Very much a social/"don't get noticed or rock the boat" sort of thing.- mercury.games

Japan was quite isolated from the western processors already, they had options to do things like pay for all sorts of online things in cash at 7-11/Famimart/Lawson. "You get what you earn" sounds odd to me, though likely similar in sentiment to "you reap what you sow" (reap = harvest, sow = plant).
