It might seem that way, but there aren't THAT many uploaders (or active ones at least). 80% of the activity and content is user driven, they have a very streamlined way of handling said content and moderate their platform which makes it work.- guyaxworthy

Animation VS Stills in Games
I would much rather prefer high quality images over janky 3fps loops. I've seen way to many devs try to squeeze in the "animations" tag by just adding extremely poorly done ones within their game- guyaxworthy
