    Yes, they did. They cut off everyone from joining. I understand it's because of the blackmail attempt. A result of that blackmail attempt is that people can't join. Closed registrations means they're not accepting people right now. You contradicted yourself in your own message.

    Registrations closed is not "happily accepting". It means RW can't go over as refugees unless they were ALREADY members, which at that point isn't a refuge if they were already there. Otherwise I'd have made an account.

    I've been in contact with one of the moderators, and they stated the site kept getting false reports until the registrar pulled the domain. Also, for those discussing joining matrix, I would not recommend CuteFunny. If you're going to join, try cuteness-overdose. Admin team is less tyrannical.
