I always feel like I'm being a shitter to post random gifs or type random things/reply to others that weren't asking, mostly lurking. Shane Douglas & Francine v Tommy Dreamer & Beulah This was surprisingly a bit harder to find their names than I expected, but that's the ECW match, she's Francine. I'm not actually 100% sure if that's Francine, looks more like Beulah but I saw comments calling her Francine.- xaren_ae

There's no level requirements, you level up by sleeping after your skills have leveled up a few times. The main difference is instead of perk points on level up, you get attribute points to spend. Unique equipment in Oblivion is tied to your level, with the highest level version by level 30...- xaren_ae

I highly recommend you get mods to fix leveled items. Oblivion was my favorite game for ages and still the most memorable thing about it was the tedium of leveling up before grabbing unique rewards so you don't get stuck with low level versions- xaren_ae
