Some of the subfolders in the package seem to have bad permissions set. In terminal, navigate to the location of the game and enter: sudo chmod -R 777 ./ That fixed it for me. -

How to Play (almost) ANY game on MAC!
Parallels Desktop works just fine with ARM Windows, which can run any x86/x64 based application (although it is a pricey subscription for Parallels). I hear VMWare Fusion can also run ARM Windows pretty well now and is free for personal use (although does require registration).- kmcphere
