Yeh, you can't remove the mosaics. I'm not sure if this version of the game is the steam all ages and the expectation is to then install the patch to restore it or if it is the unrated non steam version. I'm a bit disappointed to be honest. The translation is passable, but the fan translation is better. The UI and more confirmation boxes are better but a bit redundant when the game forces you into saving every night anyway.
