    Renpy works with Linux Mint using Wine, but the Unity one spits out an error. Hope this info helps. Very eager for Chapter 2.

    Depends on the type of game, if it's a visual novel it's not needed as long as the still art is good, if it's not a VN then I think it should have some if it would add to the quality. But bad animation can take away the fun, so it's all on the skill of the dev.
