My game was just to ambitious, but I had a fun run. You were playing as the owner of a bar where you slowly corrupt your employees and turn it into a sex club.
Inspired by Peeping Dorm Manager, made with Unity and renders in VAM. I managed to make the bar and some mechanics, but not more.
Any good recommendations for games with dominant males that would fit into the restricted section? Not necessarily slave training, but I really enjoy these as well.
Here are some games I liked:
- Masters of Raana
- Foster Home for Fantasy Girls
- Life With a Slave -Teaching Feeling
- Pale...
I never mute, unless the sound is really bad. It adds quite a bit of atmosphere is done right.
Voiced games? I usually just click through while reading, having the text and the voice compete for my attention. I don't really know why I don't mute, it's super annoying.. :ROFLMAO:
Is good art style a decent response?
My main problem with hand-drawn is that it's usually in a completely different style than the game itself (at least for sandbox games).
There are loads of half-assed AI/3dcg games out there. Don't really like them either.
But there are amazing games...
For mid-tier games I definitely prefer simple sandbox. I'm pretty tired of spending hours after hours reading meaningless dialogues (usually quite similar to other games), and having some element of control and goals to achieve makes a lot of games way more enjoyable.
The best games, however...
Most html-real-porn games are horrible - but that has more to do with the amount of effort put into these games and less to do with the format.
At least that's my thinking after playing The Monastery. I used to avoid these games, but it turns out there are some good once out there.
Depends on the game. I'll happily wait for even a year if the game is good enough (light of my life and summertime saga). I hate small updates without much (smut) content. So any game with 1-3 month between updates with real content (smuts or not) is a good middle ground.
Renpy. But off course the amount of effort put into a game is way more important the the engine.
I avoided RPGM for a long time... and then I tried Summer Memories Plus. I avoided html - and then I tried Masters of Raana and The Monastery.
If was making a game I would use the engine that...
It's a slow grind, but it really gives the characters a slow and steady progression. More believable than almost any other game I've tried.
And with the amount of time between each update you can probably load - click - save once per day and finish before the new update. Or just hold ctrl to...
What are you implying? That LC would make an April fools joke that literally push users of their site?
Actually, that would be really fun - but probably not true.
I'm just glad they are making steps to keep this site alive!
Although the 35+ replies count is definitely going to produce loads of meaningless comments.
