    Technology gets old very fast which makes it hard to sell. Why don't you invest in a really good chassi, really good PSU, after that you basically only need to upgrade GPU as often as you feel it's needed. CPU, motherboard, RAM etc will not bottleneck in a long time if you invest money on that...
