The main issue I find with real porn is that the creator of the games typically have to morph their game to match the porn instead of how it is usually done with the art being made to match the story in the game. But if done right I don't mind it as much, if I give the game a try in the first...
The Sakura line of games made me interested in looking at hgames and from there the rest is history, found various sites, bought some on steam and got hooked. Now I have almost 4TB of games on my hard drives.
I usuall either default name it or put in a fake name. I don't usually self insert into games like these and if I do I try to at least fool myself by changing the name around a little so I don't feel weird about it.
If a game suddenly starts pulling out mammories which cover their entire torso or something of the sort that is a very fast way for me to just go "nah I am good" similarily with massive asses or thighs, something about extreme proportions like that just don't appeal to me and instead make me...
I prefer if there is something in version 0.1 or if isn't there then it is labelled, but usually I would want early versions to have enough content to hook me to the game while not rushing it so if that means no sex scene then I'm fine with no sex scenes.
I don't want a game which is just sex scenes straight from the start but then at the same time I don't want to sit through 10 hours of content, grinding and rpg elements before things even get started with the sauce.
I play both games but the benefit of a male MC game is that if it is a game with multiple female characters you can pick and choose one which you like the best. If it is a female protag game then it is harder to find a good game with a main character which follows what you would have easily...
It's so damn annoying when you get to a saucy scene then it makes you do some random ass minigame while the scene plays out in the background, I know usually they offer the scene in a gallery later on but it loses charm then.
Remakes can be good if the original has had significant time before it was started and can be limited by older concepts or programming which now make a remake worth it. It is always a sad one when a game is shortly into development then the team disbands and a portion of the team split to then...
Usually I will do it if it doesn't have any permanent lasting visual effects on the character and if it doesn't impact the gameplay too much and it becomes a waiting game while the game makes you waste time until a given time is elapsed.
I don't mind the content and traps/femboys if they pass for girls, but if they start to go into bimbofication or transformation then I dislike the point of them since I like to think of traps as just petite tomboys with a dick.
A lot of RPG battles which after 10 fights become a case of:
watch animation
press one button
enemy dies with long animation
end of battle scene
walk 5 steps and repeat.
I don't mind if it is a simple clothing change for say a character working a job and there are multiple scenes involved with it, but if you change clothing and then the scenes don't reflect it then I find it kinda takes the whole appeal out of it. It also sometimes makes the scenes feel more...
Most of the chatbots work until they reach their memory limit and start making things up or forget things that were rather important, that's usually where they lose their charm
