Had an alt account for that and it has recieved countless warnings for just being in the servers when they got taken down, even with never messaging or partaking in them and the accounts "security rating" or something is now in the red showing me to be an unsafe person on Discord, oh no!
It is only going to get worse I feel. Games have started employing the "pay more to play the game 3 days early" so AAA are trying to seize as much as they can and it is only a matter of time before they all start just throwing unfinished early access games out there too. I remember when Beta...
Honestly I used to mainly avoid renpy games because I knew I was in for a coinflip of a game but I can see why it is so universally used because of how easy it can be to port it to other devices and to work with. I just dislike how limited it can feel with most peoples implementation of it.
I have sounds in hgames practically off anyway, or at least easily changed so the music likely would just be very far in the background if it even exists.
If a game makes me have to hunt in a hidden cave in the middle of the map for a single fucking shiny rock otherwise I get an unsatisfying not-true end then I hate it. If they are only there for flavour or for some upgrades or completionists then sure, go wild I aint gonna collect them all.
Honestly at times I prefer playing a character so far detached from me and how I act just as a different viewpoint or scenario. But it doesn't bother me either way.
Found a game I liked and in the comments of a discussion thread they said it had been reposted here - so I came to find more games which were posted here and now am partaking in so many threads to get member+ to see everything (or at least everything available at that member tier).
Games that have vtal missable content without any warning or notice that it even exists and you only find out when you beat the game and the gallery is only 1/4 filled.
