Burnout Sucks. What Do You Do About It?
Yeah, I don't do it too often. Maybe once every 4 or 5 months. Probably best to start slow though if you decide to give it a try, like seeing how you feel after just one meal in a day. -

For me, it's slowly ramping up the anticipation. Nothing kills the mood for me more than the MC running into some guy he knows and talking about their jobs or something for 10 minutes. -

A weird hack that has always worked for me is to go for a whole day without eating any food and drinking only water. Then I get some light/moderate cardio the next morning and after that it seems to reset my brain chemistry -
