Sound on/off
I play Japanese visual novels with the sound on, because they have good voice acting by professional seiyu. Also, music is usually original and adds to the atmosphere. In non-Japanese VN, it's usually not good, so I turn the volume down and sometimes even turn it off. -

I dream that someday they will release a remake with good graphics in the same style, animations, etc., and not with random pictures from the Internet like now... Complete VN Ren'Py [HS] Once in a Lifetime [v1.0] [Caribdis]
Nice game, but I wanted a wider variety of heroines' body's and more elaborate endings. But otherwise, I must admit everything is good — it’s interesting to play, you can relax and smile from jokes, I recommend it. -
