Sounds similar to where I live. It was down to -24c here a bit ago, although I'm not sure how windy it was (because fuck that, I didn't go out at all) It's finally heating back up, it's a relatively balmy -5c now. So maybe I can start going out again. Or maybe I won't anyway.- randociff

I live in the US, also very very far from any ocean, although it's still wet as hell here. Although is snow wet? Or does it only become wet when it melts?
