The scale setting for the characters haven't changed unless the scene makes all characters either too large or small, at which point the characters are all scaled the same. There have been some cosmetic changes on some characters (like MC losing the beard), but nothing's changed on Shelby. She... -

There's not a difference between the gay and shota flags. There is shota content with Kelly and Katie as that's part of the base story. The shota flag just enables content between them and MC. -

Most anything people have an objection to, in general, is optional. The tags are easily toggled on and off - for the most part. Lucy's mother will have optional content later in the story, though exactly what happens depends on previous choices. Not every path is going to be able to be mapped out. -
