It is/was the first scene of the game, when you are attacked by a guy, a black woman, and this cutiepie. If you select to knock her out, this is the result. Some scene got reworked maybe this exact picture changed too. Or check if the gore filter is turned off. -

If you want to avoid those, then I warn you, later in the game we meet the aunt who is well developed in the chest area. Not ridiculous, but ample :D IMHO pretty nice. -
